Summit’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows a market with more activity and relatively lean inventory. Active listings are up more than a fifth year over year, yet months of supply has fallen sharply to just 1.3, underscoring limited available homes. Properties are taking slightly longer to sell than a year ago, with the median days on market edging up to 52.
Pricing has pushed higher as this constrained supply meets strong demand. The typical home value is up more than 25 percent compared with the same three-month period last year, while the median list price has also increased year over year, though at a milder pace. About 45 percent of homes go off the market within two weeks, reflecting steady buyer interest despite higher prices.
