Kevin helped me with the sale of my home as well as the purchase of a new home. He was extremely patient and understood my needs/concerns/wants in a new home. He was very honest with me as far as how the market works and what would be good offers to place/how to counter offer, etc. He always responded quickly to changes and was available at all times. We are new to the area and Kevin Starkey patiently showed us many different areas. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the upcoming changes in the many different neighborhoods we looked in.

I honestly could not have asked for a better realtor than Kevin Starkey! He helped me in finding and buying my first home. He always answered my calls, texts, and emails within a timely manner. He kept in contact with me almost daily throughout the whole process and updated me frequently. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. He was nice, patient, flexible, and understanding. I highly recommend Kevin to any and everyone!

Kevin did a really phenomenal job helping me navigate this process. I actually offered and negotiated on two houses before I finally purchased the third, and each time, Kevin helped me negotiate a really competitive deal and then make choices about how to proceed that really protected my investment and meant that I was getting the bang for my buck and making a good business decision, not just an emotional choice. Kevin helped me negotiate a final purchase that was over $7,000 under the original listing price and included all of my closing costs being covered. What a steal!

Kevin did SUCH a great job. I had a LOT of ups and downs in my search! Multiple offers, unreasonable sellers, issues with my financing, other agents being crazy.... And Kevin handled it all! He encouraged me when to walk away from certain deals and when to stick it out and I couldn't be happier with the home I purchased. He also was super great about helping me negotiate for repairs, find vendors who could help me, even supervising work before closing. Kevin and Amanda were really great! They put a lot of effort into selling my home and were considerate of the amount I wanted to make while pricing the house realistically. My market was slower than some but they did a great job keeping the listing fresh. Kevin gave me great recommendations on preparing my house for sale.

This was my first time purchasing a home and going into this experience, it was definitely a nerve racking and what seemed to be overwhelming step.

When I first met with Kevin and Amanda, I had an idea of what to expect as I had been gathering information from close friends, but I was still uncertain of many things. Kevin and Amanda definitely put a lot of the uncertainties to bed and explained the overall process in great detail which certainly settled my nerves a little. Kevin Starkey was the utmost professional as we went through the process of selling a home. He was very knowledgeable about the area and provided research for us to consider when setting the sale price. He set up an open house within the first week and we had an offer and contract within the first seven days. We already had moved to another area, and he was accomodating with his schedule to meet the various vendors and inspectors required to finish the sale.

There was stressful times for us the sellers as the buyer asked for more then we had hoped after the inspection report, but Kevin guided us to what I believe both sides considered to be fair. He helped negotiate through the entire process and was able to again be present for the closing when we could not be back in town.
