Kevin did a great job with both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We chose to move prior to selling due to family circumstances, and he helped us find a great house in our desired area. He was patient with our shopping, our changes of mind, and professional and engaging throughout. Kevin also helped us steer clear of a couple less than great options during our buying phase.

We then listed our previous home and were able to sell it within a reasonable amount of time and at a pretty good price. As a buyer, you always want to pay less and as a seller, you always want to receive more. :) We were satisfied with our prices on both ends of the transactions.
