About Kim Beers

Kim Beers is a second-generation Realtor born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California. Moving was something very common for her in her upbringing and she lived up and down California as well as Arizona and New Mexico.

In 2014 she obtained her Real Estate license nd went on to win many real estate awards. She was a 2015 Nominee for Rookie of the Year for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors, multiple Top Agent awards at Coldwell Banker Legacy from 2015-2019, in 2016 she was featured on the TLC’s hit TV show My First Home, and from 2020-2021 she won RE/MAX 100% Club & Top 10 Team. In 2023 she joined the Jason Mitchell Group.

Currently Kim lives in Celebration, Florida and services the Central Florida area as a local Disney and Real Estate expert. Kim holds herself to the highest of standards in finding you the perfect home in Central Florida or getting your home sold fast.
