Five stars are not enough to rate Kim! She guided us every step of the way when selling our son's home when he passed suddenly. As we live in the Chicago area Kim went out of her way to check that the house was being maintained. She also contacted the roofer and electrician that we needed after the home inspection and followed up to insure the work was done as specified. Do not hesitate to work with Kim.

Kim has helped us buy three homes and sell two. Where do I start? Knowledge is everything. (we feel like we could never pay her enough for her services she’s that awesome) I can think of so many times in our five transactions where the other party didn’t receive the service we had with their agent.
