Kim has been an agent for 18 years and is one of the top three agents out of 8,000 at HomeSmart, the team’s brokerage. Dave adds value to the buying and selling experience through his many years of investing in homes and his extensive construction knowledge.

Both Kim and Dave lived in Germany during their many years of service in the United States Air Force and the United States Army, respectively. They are proud parents of two daughters: Courtney, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force, and Nicole, who will be enlisting in the Air Force as well.
