(I hope that Krista’s broker reads this.) I have been in real estate for over 30 years. To say Krista was wonderful doesn’t express enough how highly I think of her and her real estate expertise. She exceeded all of my expectations, while also being professional and courteous, and generally an example by which all real estate transactions should be conducted. I had to sell my brother's home due to his passing. I live out of state and needed someone I could trust and that could help me with the entire process. I was lucky enough to receive Krista Klause's number and gave her a call.

Krista was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. She helped in every facet. She provided assistance with the house setup, cleaning, and even staging of the house. We went through the comps and decided on a price and the house was only on the market for about two weeks.

Krista was amazing during the closing process and keep in constant contact. She kept me updated on the closing of the buyers house and the progress with the title company.

My son passed away and I was tasked with selling his property close to Bandera and I live in Austin. I contacted several realtors and Krista was the only one that followed through with the appiontment. Krista helped me find workers and cleaners to get the home for sale. Living in Austin I had no knowledge of these services. I don't know how I would have completed without her guidance. She was always professional and friendly.

Krista Klause was on top of the selling process. Always kept me informed about everything I wanted to know. She worked very hard and she went over and above what was expected out of a realtor. Very nice and kind and always helpful. It took a little longer than she had expected to sell but with my house being on the market during thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, it took awhile for the showings to start up in the middle of January and then they started coming in. Many showings last two weeks of January and beginning of February. I highly recommend Krista Klause to any family or friend needing to sell a house or buy a house.
