Kristen is heads & shoulders above all the other realtors I've used (and I've used 4 in the recent past to sell other properties). She listened to my needs, sifted through inventory, patiently showed me 12-15 properties-always with a smile and personal curiosity. If I mentioned an idea or desire, she would incorporate that into our search, or send me information on how to accomplish it (like putting in a pool). She was always prepared, had print-outs for every house we toured (it was during Covid so flyers weren't being printed) and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she got the answer in mere minutes. Kristen was very responsive to every question I had, and was willing to go out of her way to make things happen.
For instance, I initially came in with a cash offer, but then decided to change to financing (with 30% down) the house. Kristen quickly informed the sellers, who thankfully agreed to the change. She set me up with a local mortgage broker (Jon McIntosh), who was super helpful in getting it all pulled together quickly.
In summary, we closed escrow on our beautiful home in 30 days, and we're very happy with the entire experience!
