Stacy was very easy and personable to work, very willing and responsive. She showed us many many houses, rolled well with all the ins and outs and particulars, including working with us on an offer that was outbid and an offer we pulled out of. She never acted as if she was being asked to work too hard for the sale.
After we bought, we sold the house of 11 years we moved out of. Again, Stacy was very easy and personable to work with, very willing and responsive. Stacy was an excellent communicator who knows her business, and was able to inform us of what had to be done immediately to achieve a timely close of escrow, and what was less important and could be placed aside for attention at a later date. Our sale was conducted over long distances (Europe, in some cases) and she enabled us to sign documents by computer that otherwise would require a direct presence to complete.
