Kristen is a Charlotte native, a Myers Park and UNC Charlotte alumna, and a former NBA cheerleader for the Charlotte Bobcats who has transitioned into a real estate investment broker. Kristen has sold over 100 homes and specializes in residential, commercial, land, development, pre-foreclosures, and various investment opportunities.

Some of Kristen's current projects include a 16,000-acre development project in Georgia, 1031 tax exchanges in South Carolina, property flips in North Carolina, multi-family acquisitions, and retail sales. Kristen is an engaging public speaker who hosts Zoom meetings, webinars, and masterminds aimed at educating fellow brokers and consumers in the real estate, investment, and land sectors.
