We found a house through Realtor.com and went through them. They put us in touch with Kristy. 3(ish) days after we contacted Realtor, we scheduled a viewing. Kristy was given almost no notice that she was going to be showing a house she had never seen/knew nothing about. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Any questions we had(and as first time home buyers, we had ALOT) she answered so quickly and thoroughly, making sure we had a clear understanding. Any issues that came up, she fought hard for us and pushed to help keep us on schedule. Due to certain circumstances, our closing kept getting pushed back and she was constantly in contact with us, keeping us in the loop, very politely answering my millions of texts and phone calls while we were waiting for the closing. For a first time homebuyer, I’m thankful we were lucky enough to have Kristy. I genuinely could not be happier with the experience we had with her!

Honesty, and knowledgeable on what the seller is looking for. She’s up front and doesn’t beat around the bush if she doesn’t think the house is for buyer. Easy to work with. Stays in touch during the process. Makes every effort in mtg the buyer for a showing 7/days a week. Evenings or daytime she’s there. Kristy becomes your friend not just a realtor. I look forward to continue our friendship in years to come. I can’t thank Kristy enough for the effort she put in for making this possible for my first time buying a house! AN EXCELLENT CHOICE
I had bought and sold a number of properties in 1980-90 and decided to sell one Jan. 2025. I was amazed at how complex a real estate transaction had become since 1990. Fortunately, for me, Kristy Violi was there to not only provide them, but also, interpret and answer any questions I had on the myriad of forms NOW required. Within a short period of time, Kristy's listings and signage resulted in a number of showings and a number of offers. In each instance she kept me fully informed of the activity.
