“The most important decision I made in selling my home was selecting Ashley Sabol as my realtor. I was selling a home in a relatively isolated location that need some work done on it after sitting vacant for an extended time. Ashley was timely, punctual, professional.....things that most realtors are. But what set her apart was that she knew the market, the property, and the buyers. She helped identify the repairs to make, those to NOT make, when to list, and the best way to market my home. She set a listing price that I agreed to and then began to question myself.
