I was having a very difficult, stressful time negotiating the sale of my Los Angeles home while simultaneously purchasing my new Arkansas home. Lacy was the one bright spot. I'm afraid I must have run her ragged with my constant and lengthy texts. She was a huge help in navigating me through the mess (mostly having to do with problems in Los Angeles) and was always helpful and encouraging. She actually helped me choose my Arkansas home - I purchased it without having physically visited or seen it myself. I had great faith in her opinion. I am extremely pleased with my new home. When it's time for bonuses or raises or promotions, Lacy should be at the top of the list.
