Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable to me to prepare the property to pass inspection the first time. She recommended first rate local contractors who helped me get things done. LaDonna made it very easy for me to find a house in my price range since this was my very first time purchasing a house. 😀Over the past 8 months LaDonna Wall has negotiated the sale of two (2) single home rental properties for me, she negotiated the sale of a building lot. LaDonna additionally identified a rental property, negotiated the purchase price, terms, etc. She was instrumental in establishing a 1031 agent. We worked together in establishing the selling prices of properties and she was successful in getting the price I wanted out of the properties. I paid what I was comfortable with on the purchase.
