😀Over the past 8 months LaDonna Wall has negotiated the sale of two (2) single home rental properties for me, she negotiated the sale of a building lot. LaDonna additionally identified a rental property, negotiated the purchase price, terms, etc. She was instrumental in establishing a 1031 agent. We worked together in establishing the selling prices of properties and she was successful in getting the price I wanted out of the properties. I paid what I was comfortable with on the purchase.
