I've known Lance since 2017 when he assisted and finalized a home purchase for me and my family from California coming into Idaho. It's more than just a transaction for him. Lance is in your corner without a doubt.
He went beyond what any normal person would expect from a real-estate agent.
He without a doubt knows the lay of the land; in just one day with us he understood what I & the wife wanted, and put his nose to the ground to search and find our forever home.
We lived in another state and when we showed up to physically look at and for a our retirement home he utilized every hour of daylight to get us what we wanted.
If lance was able to be cloned, Northern Idaho would never need another real-estate agent.
