Landon was an outstanding realtor. We just moved to the Fort Wayne area in August 2018 without knowing what the future held. I was offered a job in Georgia and needed to sell my home fast, to relocate my family as smooth as possible. Landon went above and beyond with advertising and having open houses. He made recommendations to appeal to the buyers, which worked out great. Our home had a contract and sole in about 3 weeks. Landon Badiac is a wonderful realtor and human being! He did a fantastic job with Selling my house, he’s just wonderful with people, he is helpful in anyway he can be. I have nothing but good things to say about him! He sold my house much faster than I ever expected and for more money than we even listed it for. He was there every step of the way and even helped me with stuff I wouldn’t have expected him to. Century 21 is lucky to have such a fine young man representing their company.

Once we found our house he made the home buying process super simple. He walked us through each clause to make sure we understood what it was saying and answered any questions we had.
