My wife and I made a good decision when we asked Landon Badiac to help us to acquire the house next door and make it our new home. Our two story, full-basement house had become much more than we needed, and our neighbor's single story, no-basement house was quite attractive to us. We told our neighbor that if he ever decided to sell his house to please let us know. A few weeks ago he did just that, much to our delight! With Landon's skillful guidance in regards to the necessary paperwork needed, we were able to buy that house with a minimum of effort on our part. The transition has been very smooth and orderly. We found everyone involved with the purchase to be very professional and pleasant to work with, regardless of their position in the process. Now our main issue to deal with is how we handle 38 year's worth of accumulated 'stuff'! We have already closed on the 'new' house and made it through that big stack of paperwork with ease! Thank You Landon Badiac!
