My wife and I made a good decision when we asked Landon Badiac to help us to acquire the house next door and make it our new home. Our two story, full-basement house had become much more than we needed, and our neighbor's single story, no-basement house was quite attractive to us. We told our neighbor that if he ever decided to sell his house to please let us know. A few weeks ago he did just that, much to our delight! With Landon's skillful guidance in regards to the necessary paperwork needed, we were able to buy that house with a minimum of effort on our part. The transition has been very smooth and orderly. We found everyone involved with the purchase to be very professional and pleasant to work with, regardless of their position in the process. Now our main issue to deal with is how we handle 38 year's worth of accumulated 'stuff'! We have already closed on the 'new' house and made it through that big stack of paperwork with ease! Landon helped with the purchase of our first home in Indiana. My wife was very impressed. She is not easily impressed. Landon will help with the sale of that home. I would highly recommend Landon. He is almost family in my estimation. I am not easily impressed either. Don't take for granted what he provides Century 21.

Landon was very nice and helpful. Landon set down and talk with us on what we wanted in a house so he understood what we were looking for and that is what he looked for. An important trait that Landon has that we were impressed with was his knowledge of homes and what to look for. Landon also sold are house and stood strong with what we wanted that was fair. Worked very hard with getting our house advertised and getting prospects. He works very well with people and understands their needs and goes out and gets it done. I am already telling friends and family to contact Landon if they are wanting to sell or buy. If we decide to move again we will call Landon.

Century 21 is very lucking to have Landon. He is very assertive but not pushy like other salesman, and it seemed like he was working 24/7.

If you are looking for a house, I would recommend Landon to get the house that you want. Because he listens to what you are looking for and searches for as close as he can get to that and does not waist your time looking at houses you do not want.
