Kent went above and beyond with this sale. We are out of town buyers and so it was extra important to us that he was detail oriented, which he was. We were very happy that he took the time to "FaceTime" walkthrough potential homes with us. When we finally chose a house, he was helped us come up with a fair offer that we were happy with and was accepted by the buyer on the first attempt. He was especially helpful negotiating the repair addendum - the seller's closing agent did not communicate with any of us, so he had to put a lot of extra effort in in order to make the sale happen. Kent was also extremely easy to reach throughout the sale. Overall we were extremely impressed with his actions during the entire process.

Larry (Kent) was very helpful and understanding. He developed an atmosphere of trust and worked with my travel schedules. He quickly responded to all my requests and did very well negotiating with the seller's realtor on my behalf. He was a pleasure to work with and exhibited excellent leadership and character throughout the entire buying process. I highly recommend him for real estate needs.

I went through USAA and was given Larry Susong's name. Since I was moving from out of state it was important to me that my agent could be flexible with just about everything. I was only going to be in town for my house hunting trip for 3 days. Larry spent all three day's driving me around and explaining everything about the different neighborhoods.

Larry had to handle everything, I was in CA for the home inspection and everything else that required someone to be at the house. He did it all for me and even got me on Facetime so I could virtually be there for everything I needed.
