From the start Kent was amazing staying in contact with us. We lived in different countries and he was very helpful and spent the time to contact us during the times our schedules lined up even if it was late at night or early morning. He went up and above our expectations for a realtor and we would recommend him to everyone we can! Can't thank him enough for his insight and willing to negotiate through all the tough decisions. I find these survey things pointless, annoying, and a dumb way to track things, but in regards to Kent, he is excellent. Found a good variety of homes in various price points until he found the right one. You won't be left on read or be sent to voicemail.
