I have purchased several rentals in past years, and was assisting my grandfather with the sale, so I'm not unfamiliar with the process. Lauren did an absolute excellent job marketing and the sale of 1540 Sandlewood. I live in a different state unable to deal with the needed repairs etc. It has been a very professional job that is not seen much these days. ( Thank you )

A probate sale is difficult enough with attorneys and the court system involved. Families in mourning over their loss and trying to handle the new responsibilities set forth.

Lauren Espey was a great agent she worked around my schedule even on the weekends on my days off she became available to give my family and I a tour of the houses 5-6 hours at a time.
