About
I started working in Real Estate in 2004 as a receptionist at Century 21 McDaniel & Associates. In 2006, I joined a team as an assistant working on foreclosure sales. In 2010, I obtained my Real Estate license. I joined Active Property Management in 2013 as was the head property manager until July 2021. While doing property management, I handled a large volume portfolio and worked with residential, multi-family and commercial properties. In July of 2021, I went back into Real Estate Sales and joined Century 21 Full Realty Services. I have experience dealing with probate and clients who hold title in the name of a trust. I specialized in age restricted homes while doing property management. Which when returning to sales, I have maintained my good working relationships with many HOA in the area. Real Estate is my passion and I love every opportunity to help my clients.

Lauren Espey is a first-rate professional. I was selling a house from long-distance on behalf of a relative. Despite the distance and a number of challenges that arose in the process (through no fault of the agent or of myself), Lauren handled the overall transaction and a good deal of troubleshooting along the way flawlessly and even with good humor. She's hands down the best real estate agent I've dealt with in multiple transactions over decades.
