I used Lisa when purchasing this home. Just like that transaction, Lisa was on top of everything. She went above and beyond what is "usual" realtor service and helped me tremendously when time and resources became issues. Lisa promptly returned phone calls and contacted me with any new or updated information. Her knowledge of the local market were invaluable in my decision to sell when I did. Lisa, went above and beyond to educate and support me from 3 states away.

She always let me know what to expect and responded no matter time of day or day of the week that included a 2 hour time difference.

She listed the house and in 5 days there was a buyer. We listed and closed on the house in less than 27 days. Closing went very smooth because all paperwork was in order.
