Found thru Realtor.com that Lisa held a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) certification. Also saw that she had enough local experience with both buyers and sellers. Telephone interview cinched the deal.

Lisa far exceeded my expectations. She was on top of every deadline, and responded quickly to all my inquiries. I can be hard to please because I expect people to do their jobs without reminders...and Lisa did not disappoint!
