For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $329,500 in Henderson County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $348,750 in October.
Chandler had 6 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 36—down 7.69% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 36 active listings, 75.0% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Chandler grew 7.02% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $304,950. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
