I have 20+ years of experience in real estate and as a result, I am well versed in new construction, relocation, coordinating purchases and sales for both move up or downsizing families, and first time buyers. 95% of my business is a result of referrals from past clients, lenders, other agents, friends and family. My start in real estate was from my mother, who in the 60's started flipping houses before flipping houses was cool! I truly care about my clients and do my best to watch out for their best interests! I live in Eastgate and know what's happening in real estate on the east side.
