As a loan officer for 10 years, I originated residential home loans for properties ranging from 1 to 4 units. I pre-qualified borrowers for purchases, refinancing, debt consolidation, and HELOCs. I provided exceptional customer service and monitored the loan process until the close of escrow.

I served in the US Army for over 14 years as a Personnel Administrative and Finance Sergeant, where I achieved excellence in surpassing Army standards in customer service. I supervised soldiers in the Personnel Administration Center, overseeing data entry and updating individual files for over 1,200 soldiers.
