She was very accomodating to our schedules, always getting us access to houses we wished to see, sometimes on very short notice (including as to the house we ultimately purchased, which was a last minute addition to an itinerary). Louise also provided good background information on various properties that we considered, and she was very helpful in the negotiations that led to the closing of the purchase.
