From listing to sale, the unit was on the market for 72 hours, and she got the deal done - even though it meant scheduling a last minute showing (having never met me), and preparing an offer at 11 at night, due by 9am the next day. What's more impressive was, I had met her for all of 20 minutes before she performed those services, which is a testament to her can-do approach and remarkable professionalism.
She was prepared, engaged, and on top of the details; Responsive under tight deadlines, and rapid responses through email and text. Every appointment was made, and every appointment she was on time (and I, of course, was not!) When it came time to negotiate with the seller, her advice was decisive and effective.
