I would definitely use Louise Cardoni again and would enthusiastically recommend her to others. Professional and patient with me which since I started my house hunting in the beginning of the Covid pandemic was no easy feat. I wanted to look at a lot of properties in different areas and she was very accommodating. She referred my to a great mortgage broker, Nate Nary from Movement Mortgage. Louise also was a great help through the inspection and price negotiating process, where the seller was quite difficult and Louise handled everything. Nothing about this process because of the Covid was easy but Louise rolled with it and it made the process the best it could be. I would highly recommend Louise, you're crazy if you don't use her!
