I want to thank you for always being there through these difficult transactions and for always showing up 150% and bending over backwards to make things happen. I think you are many things polished organized forward thinking and you bring a level of class to everything you do. Thank you for being you and I'm looking forward to selling my other house with you soon. That house is going to be a little more difficult for me because I'm going to be very sad to see it go but.... everything has a season....
