Months of supply has fallen to about 3.1 months, down more than 18% from a year earlier and consistent with Peru’s classification as a seller’s market, yet the median days on market sits at 68 days, suggesting buyers often have time to evaluate options. With nearly 45% of homes going off market within two weeks, standout listings can still move quickly.
