After getting obnoxious and constant calls after inquiring about listed properties from various agents while searching on our own, when Meg happened to follow up on a request for more info we knew she was different. Without even meeting in person, we trusted her! She did not disappoint!!!! We had very particular perimeters we were looking for regarding lot size, water, terrain, accessibility, and pricing. She didn't give up hope and found us our dream property. Her negotiating skills really closed the deal! I don't think we could have had such success without her! 5+++ Star review !

Meg went above and beyond in helping me find and ultimately purchasing 3 acres of some good ol' American dirt. Working full time while looking for properties definitely created many stressful days and sleepless nights for me, but with Meg's assistance (working like the machine behind the curtain), the process got a whole lot smoother. She found me properties that fit my liking and my budget, and put in effort finding me the information and costs I was going to need once I found the property I was set on getting.
