I’m Mariela Flores, REALTOR® with Florida Capital Realty. For nearly a decade, I have had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate some of the most important real estate decisions of their lives. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and I have also had the honor of being recognized as a Top Producer within my brokerage.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years building and managing my own businesses. That experience taught me the importance of communication, negotiation, organization, accountability, and the exceptional customer service skills I bring to every transaction.

Miami has given me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, raise my family, build businesses, and create a life I love. Having watched this city grow and change for more than three decades allows me to offer my clients not only real estate expertise but genuine local knowledge and perspective.

I have also had the privilege of assisting active duty military members and veterans, including families connected to the Air Force, with relocating to the Miami area. I understand that relocation is about much more than finding a house; it’s about finding the right community, commute, schools, services, and lifestyle to make a new city feel like home.

Outside of real estate, I love traveling and spending time with my family, including Benji, my 100-pound Goldendoodle, who is definitely one of the loves of my life.
