Hampton Roads is a great place to live and work, so I chose to call it home. With roots in Ukraine, I came to Virginia Beach in 2010. I was hesitant about buying my first home for almost ten years. When the right time came, I decided to learn a little more about the home buying process, which turned into my passion. Now I would like to share my knowledge and expertise with you. In my desire to help you make informed decisions that will lead to the outcome you seek, I can sometimes be too much with the information. Rather than making a decision for you, I will provide you with pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages; gather facts, and debunk myths about any particular property or real estate in general.
When I am not making homeownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family - playing volleyball, fishing, hiking, kayaking, and cycling.
