Outstanding agent! Mark went above and beyond in everyway. As a first time buyer he walked me through every step of the way. He is extremely thorough when looking for properties, noticing details that I would not have seen! He has been in the business for years and has a wealth of knowledge. Mark and his team were real assets during negotiations, closing and after. We were from out of town, bought quickly and had to do several steps remotely. Mark was able to walk us through the steps that were unique to Chicago, was available and our "eyes and ears" when we could not be there in-person and he and Kyra were incredibly helpful making sure everything was ready for our arrival from out of town. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly decent and trustworthy. Can't get much better than that!
