Marty was absolutely wonderful during the whole process. Though I work in the mortgage industry, there were parts about the process I didn't know about and Marty did a wonderful job explaining those things to me and helped me every step of the way. He got me a great deal on my ideal first home thanks to expert negotiating skills. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help finding or selling a place.
