MaryBeth Muldowney

Real estate has been my career since 1981, when I became licensed in commercial real estate. Since the mid-90s, I have excelled in residential real estate and land development, building a business that thrives on satisfied past clients. In 2006, I founded TradeWinds Realty Group LLC on the South Shore of Boston, servicing Eastern Massachusetts.

Truly believing that knowledge is power, I have dedicated many hours to educate myself and those around me in the field of real estate. I am a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor and a full-time broker with offices in Braintree and Boston. I served as the Past President of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors in 2000, which comprises 2,200 members, and was honored to be named Realtor of the Year in 2001. Additionally, I have served on various boards within this association and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

As an active member of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Cranberry Chamber of Commerce, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, Boston Chamber of Commerce, Metro Chamber of Commerce, South Shore Women's Network, Women's Council of Realtors, Massachusetts Minority Contractors Association, as well as other community-based organizations, I remain current with our real estate markets and trends. TradeWinds Realty Group LLC is a woman-owned business in Massachusetts. I am also a licensed auctioneer in Massachusetts and hold a paralegal certification from Northeastern University.
