MELANEE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS

We had to make a few trips down from Washington to look at various properties. Melanee made herself available to us, showing us multiple properties in the same day, even driving up over very rough roads high up in the mountains. Her professional demeanor, working to understand and meet our needs, and patience were exemplary.
When we ultimately found our home, the process was smooth and easy. We will be looking for her assistance again when we are ready to invest in other properties. Melanee Woodman is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her.

Since this purchase of land took a year and a half, Melanee went above and beyond in helping me explore other options and continue to consider other properties, in case the escrow fell through, and continued to communicate with me with up to date information throughout the process.

We cannot say enough positive comments. Melanee made herself available as our representative during inspection, we were in California and unable to be there. She made a trip to find a beach path that was listed and we couldn't find. She has research and presented us with information, information that we could looked up but she said no problem. We were driving around Bandon our last day before we went back to Redding, found a vacant house that was not even in price range we had given. We called Melanee and said we have to go home in 2 hrs could you show us this house? She drove from Coos Bay met us within 25 min to show us the house we ended up purchasing. Above and beyond and willing to go the extra mile!

We were beyond pleased with Melanee, she went above and beyond expectations for a realtor. We called with non stop questions, had limited time so she made herself available at moments notice and research many questions we had which many were outside her job description.

Melanee showed us a house we saw on Zillow. She was personable and easy going and obviously knew the area and her business. When we returned to NH, she continued to communicate and send referrals. Melanee was conscientious and helpful. We will definitely recommend her to friends and would use her if we were looking to purchase or sell in the future.

My process was a long and arduous one having been approved for a USDA Direct mortgage. The rules in place for the mortgage were very stringent. Add to that, sellers that were a bit eccentric and not very cooperative. Not to mention a lending officer that moved very slowly. Melanee held steady to the course of putting my family into this property going over and above the call of duty for a realtor. Without her fortitude, this house would not be mine. Kudos to her and my eternal gratitude.

Melanee helped me find the house that seemed to fit me and my needs, enjoyed talking to her and liked her knowledge of the area.

Melanee woodman was the very first realtor that i had ever worked with. We looked at so many houses. Due to our price range it made it a very hard search. But melanee stuck with us. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the properties and areas we where looking in. We found the house we wanted within a couple days but the lady selling was really up and down about what she wanted. So it made making a offer really hard. Once the lady finally decided on excepting our offer there was so many hurtalls to jump through. I cant even count the number of addendums Melanee had to write up. She knew that this was the home we really wanted. She was very prompted at getting each n every offer and addendum finished and submitted for us. We will be looking for another home down the road. Melanee will be the first one i call.

Melanee Woodman is a wonderful agent. We recently moved to the area and are very picky in our home purchases. Melanee has amazing character.... as well as amazing work ethic. She was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, funny, kind, accommodating and AWESOME! I can't imagine using anybody else in the future! Melanee has our business!
