Melanee was a great help in the purchase of our new home by being our local eyes while needing to shop for a home remotely. Her willingness to do video and live streaming walk-throughs of several homes for us helped us get a more realistic view of the homes than what might have otherwise been difficult to ascertain from just the various listings' photos. She also follows up with additional videos when we still had questions about areas that were puzzling to us. She is very accommodating and tries to respect the wishes and requests of many involved in the house buying process. She is responsive to calls, emails and texts, and this is especially true when compared to the typical response times of other service providers in the local area. Melanee is nice to work with and always says she can help you out.
