We ran into Mel the first weekend we moved out to Idaho Falls at an open house and ended up taking her on as our realtor to find a house to buy. Keller Williams has a great selection of houses in Idaho Falls, and Mel and her colleagues were open to showing us any houses we were interested in as soon as was available. Because it is a sellers market, the buying process was quite competitive, but we were able to land an amazing house after about a month of searching, bidding, and losing out on a few in the process. When the sellers were unwilling to cover repairs listed on the inspection report, Mel went above and beyond and offered to cover most of the initial repairs with the sellers’ realtor, which was greatly appreciated. Mel is very communicative via text, call, and email and easy to reach out to. The buying process went relatively smoothly, and she was able to adjust our closing date to accommodate our needs. We would recommend Mel to first time homebuyers like us new to Idaho Falls
