One of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my life. First time home buyer. Communication was terrible. There was absolutely no care or attention given throughout the process. After the deal was complete, a major issue with the home was identified and she did absolutely nothing to help correct it. This issue cost over $10k to repair. She never once assumed any responsibility or even tried to make it right.
