Mike was amazing! He was prompt in his responses, got us into houses right sassy and could give us the lowdown on what was going on with each house. He made you feel like you were his only client and made sure that we understood each step of the process. There was no doubt in our minds that he was working hard for us. Michael was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I move from Nashville, TN to Glen Mills, PA. He was very knowledgable and upfront from the beginning, creating a portal to meet our needs and specifications exactly. He then spent two days, approximately 12 hours each day, driving around suburban PA to make sure we saw all the properties we needed to in order to buy a house in our quick timeframe. We started our house-hunting in September 2019 knowing we wanted to move around May 2020. Being first-time homebuyers, Mike was super helpful to talk through the process and give tips from the start. We got an idea of the market in the fall, ramped up our search in February, and we were hopeful of landing something in March 2020. Then, a global pandemic hit. We were able to see a house right before things got crazy, and Mike and his team worked with us virtually to work through the offer process, inspection and negotiations, and settlement.
