We worked with Michael and his team on the purchase of our first home. Despite the difficult circumstances during the pandemic, Michael made the process super easy from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions and provide his input on details related to each home that we viewed. When it came time to make an offer, he walked us through the process carefully (teaching us about escalation clauses, inspection contingencies, and other jargon), then he negotiated aggressively on our behalf. He helped with the inspection and subsequent back-and-forth with the sellers on each point, then guided us through closing. We cannot recommend Michael highly enough!
