I had worked with Michael several years ago when I was looking for a home at that time. After several offers and reconsideration I decided to postpone my home buying process. When I found this listing, I immediately reconnected with Michael because of his knowledge of the area, market, and purchasing process. I would highly recommend Michael.

As a first-time homebuyer, Michael Teggart was a fantastic broker to choose for my recent condo purchase. I was unsure of the process including lending options, the home inspection process, and how to negotiate the contract with desired addenda items. Michael was calm, patient, and answered every question, making sure I understood what was normal for the process. His reassurances put me at ease and also helped manage my expectations of what were reasonable numbers to counter with in our bid. I believe I got a fair deal in the final price both parties decided, and I am certain it was because of Michael's coaching and strong experience in the Cincinnati market.
