This was not our first purchase by any means so we had a good idea of what to expect. However, it was an interstate purchase which can pose some challenges but Michelle handled it and our schedule, very well. We gave her our reqirements and she followed them very closely so as not waste our time whilst we were there which was very appreciated. Michelle was very quick to respond to communications which was very appreciated so, big plus there! As with most real estate transactions there was a few hold-ups but nothing she didn't address, within her abilities and with flying colors. Great job, overall!
