Originally from Colorado, Moriah moved to Florida in 2007. After obtaining a dual degree in International Business Management and Marketing from Florida State University, Moriah returned to Sarasota to begin her career in real estate. Prior to joining the Loeffler & Rooks Morris Group, Moriah was instrumental in the sale of two downtown luxury new construction communities: Orange Club and ONE88.

Her strict attention to detail, coupled with her contract knowledge, allows her to effectively manage multiple listings and transactions from their inception through the close of escrow. Having a vast understanding of the ins and outs of the complex real estate marketplace enables Moriah to successfully oversee and monitor the transaction process, while communicating effectively with all parties involved.
