Palmetto’s rolling three-month data through July 2026 points to moderate price growth over the past year. Typical home values are up about 5 percent year over year, while the median list price has risen more modestly. At the same time, the share of homes selling above list has inched higher compared to last year, signaling selective pockets of strong demand.
Looking more closely at recent activity, inventory and supply have shifted noticeably.
