We have been working with Evan on two different projects of which one is still in the works, and the other was just successfully completed a few weeks ago. The "assignment" was to find our daughter a home of her own. Evan handled everything very professionally and efficiently throughout the search. After the closing Evan went out of his way to help solve some 'technical glitches' that meant a lot to our daughter as a novice home buyer. She is now comfortably settled in Sarasota quicker than she ever hoped for.
