Buying or selling Nazzi has the utmost professional knowledge in the area of real estate and the local areas. She is excellent with negotiating and looking out for the absolute best interest in her clients. We have moved many times in other states and never came across such a broker that was seamless from the beginning to the end in her skills when buying a house. There were bumps as always and that is when you need to have an excellent broker...Nazzi will be there. The cherry on top is that she is super nice too!

Nazzi is a wonderful real estate agent.

She is patient, honest and, best of all, determined and relentless. I'm sure we would not have closed on our current house without her.

We have been house-hunting for a long time. Way too long for my liking. We were quite frustrated with previous realtors: lacking competence, questionable negotiation skills, you name it. Then we ran into Nazzi by pure coincidence. Very soon, house-hunting turned into fun, we felt well represented and well advised, and now we are the proud owners of a wonderful new home.

Regarding Nazzi's negotiation skills: we got our new home by winning a highly competitive bid; according to the previous owners, there were 6 bids; ours was the best, but only few thousand bucks above the 2nd bid. Good job, Nazzi.
