Anna was truly a great pleasure to work with and got my house sold fast and for the highest value. I was referred to her by a friend. I wish I had found Anna earlier and saved a lot of frustration for myself. My house was listed before with a different agent for 2 months but didn't sell. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and money by working with the wrong agent. When Anna took over, it was a breeze. She managed the process from A to Z. She has a team of professionals that can handle everything that needs to be done when selling your home. Necessary repairs and updates were completed very fast and Anna made sure to stay on the budget we agreed upon. Home looked beautiful and priced correctly. We got a solid offer and were under contract in only 1 week for above the asking price , which is very hard to do in the current market. Anna was very knowledgeable, energetic and dedicated. She helped us prepare our house before listing it. She brought her contractors to make the necessary improvements and repairs. She kept our expenses to minimum. She timely sold the house by accelerating the work that was needed to make sure it is on the market before neighboring houses. She was attentive to our questions and clearly explained every step of the process. She negotiated the best price for us, given the current market.

My husband and I were looking for more than 1 year for a house in different states, but no luck. We were desperate and tired from long searches. I found Anna online and she explained to me the whole process of purchasing a property in California, what to expect, what are our chances, and asked a lot of questions to understand what exactly we were looking for. With Anna, we could close on the first(!) condo we saw! Anna and Robert (lender) hold our hand and helped us through the whole process, which is stressful and not easy for first-time home buyers, but Anna and Robert made sure to make it as less stressful as possible. It was great teamwork and I'm writing this review from the new property. We are very happy with our purchase. It is also important to mention that Anna didn't disappear after the purchase, but helped us with some issues (fixes that needed to be done) in the house even after. I highly recommend Anna and hopefully in a couple of years will use her services again.
